Made The biggest mistake to join fn

I'm a new client at fnb. On Saturday 17 Aug i opened my Smart gold cheque card, the service was excellent there was no problems at all. On that day i asked the lady that assisted me if it would be ok if i can send someone to fetch my card because im not going to be able to, she said its fine i just need to send a letter stating that i give permission for the card collection, i phoned the branch to confirm the collection only to be said that i have to come picK it up my self, after a couple of arguments i finally got conformation that it would be ok .this is were the problem starts! when the person went to pick up the car by Glenwin there was said to him that he will see how he feels about the conformation form and if he will give my card to him? when the card was finally given to the person .i then activated the just to find out that i need to make a cash deposit (That was not discussed) to activate my account although my salary is already paid into the account!! IS THIS HOW FNB TREATS THERE NEW CLIENTS? GIVING INFORMATION THAT'S NOT CORRECT AND ALSO MAKING DECISIONS ON HOW THE FEEL THE DAY? MY TIME IS LIMITED AND I CANT AFFORD TO WAIST TIME GOING TO AN ATM!
