Our FNB speed point terminal stopped working on 25 Oct. We logged an incident. (1226606) Couple of days later someone came out and advised us that we need a new terminal. A new one was ordered, couple of days delay again and the new terminal arrived.

Technician came out and advised us that it was in fact the Telkom line, this was now about 2 weeks later. After massive issues with Telkom we decided to install a radio pad. This was done by Connect Net on 14/11/2013.

A new incident was logged by us on 15/11/2013 (1269059) and up to now I'm still sitting without a terminal. I phone them 4 times a day just to be told that the incident will be escalated and that they are waiting for stock to arrive from Cape Town. I don't know who to turn to anymore. I've phoned every number that was given to me and my queries keep on being send to supervisors.

It's now been almost a month without a terminal and I'm losing business. I'm fed up with bad service from FNB!!
