It disgusts me to know that Gidani rakes in millions of rands from their lotto draws every single week thanks to lotto vendors like me.iv been having problems for last 8 months with my lotto terminal.its not good turning customers down due to a faulty Lotto terminal, it has already created a bad image for my business and sales have dropped due to the terminal not been serviced or repaird regularly.i reported it on numerous occasions to the call.they sent out a technician who told me they dont have spares. LOL! i eventualy lost faith.how dum is that! im fedup with this terminal.sales have droppd by 30percent, they either repair /replace or REMOVE the terminal, instead of us telling customers that "lotto is outa order"., and creating a bad image for, my store.
