We reported a fault with one of our speedpoint terminals on Friday 2 August @ 12h30pm (ref no. 4125820) and made it very clear that we needed a technician to fix the problem by the weekend as its our busiest trading days. We were promised that a technician would be at our premises by day end. This never happened.
The following day (saturday) we again phoned, again we were promised someone would be here by end of day saturday. Once again this did not happen.
We are lucky enought to have another terminal in the mean time and low and behold sunday lunch time that other terminal went down too. We called once again on sunday, we were on hold for who knows how long trying to diagnose our new problem to no avail. We were then told to wait on a call back so that they can locate a technician. Again no call from them. We then called and were told there is a technician is on the way.
We now have NO speedpoints working and are having to turn customers away and in the process losing revenue.
This is a continiuous problem with FNB Speedpoint division. The lack of communication and empty promises is ridiculous!
I expect a response from FNB regarding this matter!
