When I went to check in for my flight to Hong Kong I couldn't find terminal A for SAA then asked an employee and she gave me an attitude and refused to answer me. When I politely asked her "excuse me where is terminal A? " she responded with "hello how are you? " then I said "I'm fine thanks. Where is terminal A" she replied with "I'm also fine." Then another employee came and gave me directions. Then when I booked in my luggage the employee behind the counter was very rude. I also went to the info desk because my ticket had two different boarding times. Me and my mom was standing in front but they kept helping the Africans behind us. The flight attendants didn't attend to any passenger on the flight. Only the Asians that work for SAA did a good job.
