I have been struggling for more than 3 weeks already with a defective battery which Samsung admitted is a batch of bad batteries - but it is impossible to get a replacement.
The call center can not even get through to the Terminal building and have given up - so I have to drive there every two days or so to find out if stock has arrived - just to be told the next day - but they will phone me - fortunately my phone has to be linked to a power source for it to operate - but as yet nobody has phoned to tell me when stock will be available for my 'Flagship' pain in the S4 - totally unacceptable!!!
