Dear Juta your in-store management practices are atrocious. I called your call-centre today and confirmed availability of FAC2601 and called at your store. I was advised that I could either pay cash or card, after two hours of waiting I was informed that the point of sale terminal was not working and that a sign might be put up. Your point of sale terminal had not been working for some time... Clearly your staff have no concept customer centricity.
