In Short I called to cancel my policy with them as I got a better rate from another insurance company (I need to say I always had super service from Outsurance). She was so friendly, helpful and made my day by matching the rate which I got from another insurance company. Thank you Raeesa Omar Hassen (A-Class personality) and Outsurance. :-)
