Yesterday, 20/11/2013 I tried cancelling the contract via the website and was told that an agent will get back to me to confirm. This morning, 21/11/13 I called the callcentre and spoke to Thembi Kodisang who said she was not aware that I had cancelled the contract, I then told her the reason for my calll and was asked to hold to speak to someone, after waiting for more than 8 min, I spoke to Mmammuso- apparently form the retention department, who asked me the reason for the cancellation- I told her its due the to bad service I have received, She then told me that I cannot cancel, the insurance contract immediately but will have to give them a months notice- Like??? she then referred to me to some terms which were apparently sent to me on the 9 Feb 2013... which I dont a record of receiving, I then asked her to email me proof of that, while I waited on the line, after 30 minutes, of listening to that horrible song, she comes back and she just forwards me documents- with no proof that they were sent to me on the said dates. I then asked her for proof of the email and said she will speak to the technical department. In short; I want to cancel my insurance. Stop the cheap tri
