Each of contract to protect and provide service

I went to my bank because of a problem I do not understand how it occured. I can't receive any notifications regarding my (OTP) pin when I attempt to do an internet banking transaction. They said my profile recognises my old number of which I had long notified them to make changes. My phone was functioning correctly as I received them before until recently. I asked them to change it to my new number and eventually if all fail my email still after 3 attempts after ammendments still as I was still in the bank. I was told it is probably the system. If it persists I should come back to the banks wasting hours in the queue. I even called the internet service office as I was still in the bank it was futile. Yesterday to make things worse I made a withdrawal I realised I did not receive a notification at all not even on my emai. How can they still managed to make matters worse? I am very angry, my account is at risk because my information is going elsewhere? How can the bank not be able to make a simple ammendment to my profile and yet make things worse?
