Some issues with the Brackenfell Old Paarl branch!

more or less 2 weeks 2 July 2013 ago it to me 2 trips to the bank and during my working hours just to open an account! Now yesterday 25 July 2013 after waiting for notification sms's on when to get my debit card, I never received that SMS! now today, 26 July 2013 I registered on the internet for internet banking to make my life simpler without hanging out in banks all day, which was just as a big hassle, every time there are errors!

and also do I find out that my OLD number is registered for notifications on movement in the bank account? Really? I was at the bank! All the correct details were given, I really hoped that FNB would stand out from the rest of all the other banks, but this is now my SECOND BAD EXP in opening an acc with them! I thought maybe it was just JHB branches that was bad, but it seems down the west it is just as BAD! I'm able to change my details via internet banking, but NO... when I confirm... ERRORS!

After more or less 2 weeks I am still waiting on the eBuck explanation booklet as promised by FNB on the information agreement? So FNB what excuse do you have for me this time??
