Department Dont care. Premier Banking. ROLF

23 October Noticed suspicious transactions on my account. Contacted bank and received forms to fill in and return. Was asked for an affidavit.
Forms filled in and returned. Received mail from bank saying transactions are not. MMmmm.
2 Cards linked to my account from different banks.
On petrol Cards not my reg. or signature.
1 slip not even signed.

Contacted department again spoke to Nathi. Was told they will contact me urgently as to advice if cards should be cancelled. This was 28 October.
it is the 6 November and again contacted the bank, only to be told it is not even though none of the information matches, nor the cards that have been linked to my account.

Documents were sent to premier banker and have not even had a reply from her or any of the other 3 I spoke to.
Premier client. Time to move my account me thinks.
