BEING DENIED PERSONAL CREDIT

So I call FNB to arrange a Personal Gold Cheque Account for myself with a MacBook. I qualified for the account but they wouldn't give me the MacBook because I also have to qualify for credit with them, which I somehow don't because all my credit facilities are in my business' name, I'm a sole proprietor, all the credit belonging to my business is my responsibility yet I somehow still don't qualify, I have a R31000 overdraft on my business account, but somehow I'm still not good enough for personal credit. I'd love to separate my business and personal expenses into two separate accounts with the same bank for ease of use. But it doesn't look like FNB is willing to help me.

Change your motto FNB. "How can we help you? " might as well be "How can we inconvenience you? "

I'm considering moving my business account over to another bank now, seeing as FNB doesn't seem to care for me in my own personal capacity, just my business.
