I cant get a definite answer from anyone

I have recently opened up a voyager credit card with your organisation

but i have not earned any miles over the last few months and no one is able to explain to me the process for earning miles.

call centre is hopeless!!! passing me around from pillar to pillar

branch is worse

please explain why

i have been using it but no points!!!
