I called into 1st for women's call centre to cancel my life insurance. The call centre agent then advised me to send a letter via fax or email in order to cancel the insurance. He then said he would SMS me the contact details. The call was made at 8am on the 20/11/13 and until now 13:30 on the 20/11/13 I have still not received an sms. Surely it does not take hours to send an SMS. I then emailed them using he address listed on the website but the email did not go through as the address was incorrect.
How am I suppose to cancel my insurance if I am faced with such in-competencies.
Makes me wonder if I should cancel all my insurance with this provider.
