Still no answers- No one cares

After I sent my complaint through last week I received an e-mail from Standard bank stating that I would be contacted within 54 hours which never happened. No surprise once again as I have been battling to get a resolution to my many problems I have with Standard Bank for over a month now. As I stated in my previous complaint, the silence from them and their consultants just makes me even more suspicious and I know that they are hiding something from me. The latest is an account that they paid through my consolidation loan that I have never seen before but after several e-mails to Samira from Boksburg, I am being ignored like always. There is still money missing that Standard Bank cant explain. Standard bank, the "biggest" bank... We will see how long this lasts. You can not treat your clients like this. When will someone own up to their lack of service and capabilities. Don't believe that they respond to their complaints. Frankly, they just don't care. I am still being threateded with legal action even though the proper steps was never taken. I will not be bullied and will fight this to the end. Capitec bank is slowly taking over, wonder why?
