Today has been the final straw when it comes to my patience with Standard Bank. Service is continuously rude and unfriendly and not once in the many years of being a loyal customer with Standard Bank have I left a branch feeling satisfied.
I am a platinum member with a lot of money invested in Standard Bank and after today I will be closing my account and moving to a bank that is better focused on customer service.
