Bad Attitude and still NO service

After a lot of struggling the phone was approved the 9th!! Yesterday after not hearing anything I phoned in and inquired where my phone is. I was advised that it is at the couriers and I can phone digital planet to enquire bout delivery. I did this and was told my phone is not with them. I then received a sms saying it is out of stock. I phoned today and spoke to Nadira that told me there is no such notes on the system and that I am getting funny with her after she tells me basicaly Im lying. I am so fed up with FNB will never refer someone!!! I would like to know what fnb will be doing to apologize about the bad service I have been getting since I have switched. SEE PREVIOUS REPORTS WITH ALL THE TROUBLE I HAVE HAD WITH FNB!!!
