iam writting to log a complain with Micro Finance who placed a garnished of r625 on my salary since beginning of 2013. i made follow ups in june 2013 and they confirmed that in November the gasrnish will be paid up. I phoned today and spoke to a very rude consultant who told me she doesnt have a name and thats why she can dish out bad service the number i phoned is 012 325 1570 i wanted to find out what my balance is, they have been garnishing me every month on the 20th, the lady told me she can only see payments for september, we are now in November, what happened to October payments and November payments.
i need this gsrnished to be stopped, i feel it is not fair for Micro Finance to be conducting money laundering on my salary and they cant even show on their system my paymennt history. Can someone help me deal this issue as each time i phone Micro finance branch in pretoria i get bad service, i get attitude and i never get propers balance on my account.
My last hope is this channnel, i believe it was designed to assist us customers who are abused by financial providers, who just take money from us as much as they want.
