I called on the 6th of September to make arrangments to pay my loan with FNB as I have moved to a standard bank account in which I am having no problems as I have had with FNB. I changed my banking details and asked that my account be debited from the 20th and should be take out weekly. Well as usual what the client says is not taken into consideration and my acc was debited today. I have been unemplo my first salary has come in this week and fnb still debits even though I specifically asked for it to come out on the 20th. I asked Lerato Ntuli 3 times to make sure that it won't go off before and she assured me it won't but it does. Does FNB take people for a joke??? I called today wanting to sort this out and was told Lerato will call back but she hasn't and I has to call and still speak to someone else saying nothing can be done. Lerato did not advised me of anything and assured me of this yet other consultants were apologising for her!!! I want my money back and I want to go back to the voice recording!!! SO PATHEtIC!!!
