LOL... STANDARD BANK IS A JOKE... They dont give a . i was retrenched in may - i have credit insurance on my credit card which is cover i took to protec met... for months ive been asking whats happening NO-ONE REPLIED OR CONTACTED ME EVER... By september, 4 months later I sent very demanding email - i got a 3 a line email response from paballo Mollo stating my claim was rejected because of the stupidest reason - not even an acceptable reason. So i replied and threaten to take the matter to an ombudsman... No reply from them AT ALL... like a month or 2 later II ran into my ex boss he mentioned standard called an re-investigated my claim. So i emailed paballo to ask whats happening now in Nov. she replies with 3 words.. No "Hi Mrs" nothing just 3 words "claim was paid" no more detail like she was msg her friend anyway - Thanks for telling me... NOW THIS IS WHEN IT ALL BECOMES UNBELIEVABLY DODGE AND UNACCEPTABLE . I try to use the card, its been revoked - I go into to the bank to be told that they have revoked the card because i havent paid the card in 6 month AND ive been listed at the ITC as a risk payer...
