My card was cloned over the festive season. I phoned Standard Bank to canel the card and was told I would be contacted within 3days and would have my money back within 5-10 working days. I was never contacted. I had to call every time the said number of days had passed and was given a further deadline. I eventually spoke to the investigator almost a month later. I realize that it is probably a very complicated process on Standard Banks side but atleast call the customer to let them know whats happening.
