Exceptional service delivery

It is with great pleasure that I direct this compliment to Warren Moodaley who is employed at 1Life. On 19 Nov 2013 I contacted your offices in an attempt to enquire about your Life Insurance offering, I had to leave a message and was astonished when my call was returned with a few minutes of leaving the message. In an Industry where service delivery is crucial to the success of the business, your company has surely exceeded the status quo by delivering exceptional service from point of contact to the sale of the policy. Great care and consideration was illustrated as Warren contacted me on several occasions to keep me updated on the status of my enquiry and the processing of my application. I'm most delighted as Warren went beyond the call of duty in that as he made time to clearly and definitively expound on terms not easily comprehendible to those not exposed to the Industry. Contented peace of mind rings through as I have secured Life Cover with a provider who takes pride in employing human potential such as Warren who ensures exceptional service delivery is part of his daily life.
