Its been 3 months requesting for my insurance to be cancelled and have been dealing with Thembi Nkabinde who promised me that once IT has resolved the problem, my policy will be cancelled and my premium for the last two months will be refunded.
She is now ignoring my emails after I requested for her Manager to contact me. Can someone who knows what they are doing there contact me and resolve my complaint. I dont want to hear that the person who had activated my policy is no longer with the company, how is that a concern to me?
