First for Women slow to assist

I was involved in an accident October/November 2012 and third party insurance of the negligent driver agreed to settle the claim. Darren assisted me with the no claim letter and was superb in arranging for a quote to assist in the claim process. i was however unable to access the quote sent via e-mail and have been calling him and various other assistants since February requesting that the document be sent in a compatible format. i have received no response to my various telephonic message and e-mails. i am extremely frustrated by the lack of assistance in herein.
