I received a quote I was not satisfied with. The team did their best to come up with a better one but it was still unsatisfactory. I commend them though on their patience and going the extra mile in trying to explain the process and reasons why the proposed amount was what it was.
Suggestion: Review the Loss Ratio concept. It is unfair on clients - especially if you can recover your costs from the other party.
