My aged mother was conned via telephone to divulge her credit card details as well as for the artists to have back end access to her laptop. Luckily she told me about it and I realised she had been. We contacted ABSA card call centre to immediately cancel the card, which Freddie Jacobs did in a very courteous and professional manner. Compliments to him and ABSA for having quality staff such as him in their employ.
