FNB? I would rather chew glass!

On 7th of October 2013 I filled in the forms to cancel my insurance policies on two fully paid up home loans which I have with FNB. I also asked for the forms which are required to cancel these bonds. Simple and routine procedure you would think, but no, this is FNB we are dealing with, nothing and I mean nothing gets done without the client having to scream blue murder, threaten, insult and throw a tantrum. Today is 44 days later and nothing has been done. Of course I am only a customer, who cares if anything is ever done. See why I dearly want to see the last of this bunch, FOR EVER.
