I have been trying to get hold of Ruan at CIB for a week now - NO RESPONSE and he NEVER returns my calls the other people cant even find the claim
NOW WHEN WILL THIS BE RESOLVED???
FNB literrally calls me daily to find out if i heard anything?? SO IM THE CLIENT I MUST DO FOLLOW UPS???
