I have received on my husbands phone constant sms messages from DMC Debt Collectors regarding outstanding debt. The more i try and explain to them that in 2009 my husband paid an attorney Schalk Boltman from Potgietersrus money to sequestrate me and he paid the money over to Gerhard Scheepers attorney and 3x it was in Pretoria High Court postponed eventually he withdrew because my creditors opposed the sequestration. Since 2010 i have not heard from any creditors and all of a sudden my husband received constant smses on his phone the more i tell them he is not responsible for my debt do not send smses on his phone. I also told the previous people that i do not work, i have lost everything, my car my furniture, properties, what do they not understand. I also told them that i know about prescribed debt, but they still sending smses, The previous lady, CAROLINE said i have to go and make affidavit, now again the lady that i spoke to Chanel said they need an affidavit because i said i am getting sequestrated how many times do i have to explain, it did not go through because creditors opposed i do not have money to try the sequestration again and i have nothing to offer anymore.
