U COUNT = YOU LOSE

Having registered on the 15th July I am yet to receive my U COUNT card.
4 phone calls later to the call centre and still no Card.
I have actively participated in this programme and when last i checked had over R500 waiting for me.
I then contacted U COUNT again and they advised they would "courier: " the card. That was Monday 4th November... STILL WAITING!
What is the point of offering rewards when one can't claim them!
