Sunday i went to FNB Menlyn to reverse a debit order. The consultant told me their system was off but had me sign the papers and told me that the debit order will be reversed by no later than 10am this morning. Till now nothing has been reversed and im getting frustrated! FNB used to advertise all over the radio that everyone should opt for them because of great service... all of a sudden... NO MORE RADIO ADS! Makes one wonder as their service turned to the last couple of months. So please prove me wrong FNB!!! Oh, and please see to it that my debit order of R904 gets reversed ASAP as it is insurance that was cancelled but their premium went off anyway.
