I have a cheque and overdraft account with Standard bank, I did go in the red on my overdraft, in October I went to Alberton branch to make an arrangement, and agreed to R600 per month to pay back arrears, then on Saturday 14 December, Standard bank just TOOK R7137 from my account, without my consent, nd now it appears that the lady in Alberton branch never loaded the R600 repayment agreement.
I went to Bloemfontein branch on 19 Dec, the consultant even phoned the attorneys, they are NOT willing to refund or to make any arrangement.
I am really upset about this, as I also have family responsibilities, especially now over Dec en Jan.
