I have tried via numerous channels since 14 March 2013 - the e-mail, the call centre, branch visits and on-line requests to obtain the relevant dreaded disease claim form against the policy held for the RCP account.
The on-line as well as call centre agents say that the forms has been sent - my preferred method of delivery is via e-mail, but clearly something is not working because I have not gotten it. The branch says they cannot give the forms, we must call the call centre 0860113555. Call centre performs a new request and after holding on for a while says they have sent it - but nothing has come to me.
Even at the Complaints Resolution Centre - nothing was done to get the forms to me - see Complaint Ref 33007141 - ITEM NR 2
I hope that by making my complaint public on that I will get a speedy and satisfactory resolution.
