Terrible customer service!

On 20 Feb 2013, I phoned in and requested claim forms, and also asked for it online. When I did not receive it, I phoned again, on 28 Feb, and spoke to Lawrence Mokoena, he sent me the relevant forms immediately. On 22 March I only received an answer about the claim forms, that was sent 20/2, it was from Loretta King. It was about a month later! Then I sent emails to Loretta and Lawrence on 11 April, I asked them where should I sent my claim forms to. Up till now I did not receive any answer. I sent my claim form, with all relevant documents through to AIG, on 15 April. I emailed it to [Email Removed] I phoned on 30 April, and spoke to Giovanni, he said that there are no claim registered against my policy nr. I emailed it again. I phoned on 6 May, and spoke to Giovanni again, there was still no claim that they received. He put me to customer services, who put me on hold. Then they gave me the complaints nr. I phoned the nr, and received an answering machine!! Wow, excellent service!! How on earth will AIG help me? I should rather cancel everything, and never use them for my travel insurance aswell!!
