Submitted a claim for damaged clothes on the 29 October 13, had to wash my clothes before the risk surveyor could complete his report. Then were forced to give my clothes before they could finalise my claim, clothes were given to them on the 11 November 13 of which 48hrs rule had to apply as per the commune between all the parties involved. Got a call on the 15 November 13 from the risk surveyor also the one who collected the clothing claiming that as per the insurance they said clothing pieces were not there this is almost a week of taking posession of my goods. To date no response as per the FACE of M&F. DISGUSTED, its clear they are looking for loop holes to not pay out my claim
