I cancelled tracker in November with Anthony, according to him Tracker could be cancelled with Dial Direct and they would put thru the cancellation with Tracker. Now Tracker is looking for payment from us.
If there was an issue with the cancellation, then dial direct (Anthony) could have had the decency to let me know and I would have cancelled it myself.
I called in today and spoke to Shirthi Singh who called tracker, according to her they were going to put thru the cancellation and not charge us. Tracker then called expecting payment. I am not in the position now to dish out cash I don't have because of misinformation by the company.
I trusted in the company to do the cancellation, this is not the first time we are going thru this with dial direct. Honestly losing faith in the call center... if I could do everything online myself I would. Then at least i know it's right.
