This is pathetic. I bought a new car and Dial Direct gave me insurance including a Tracker. I was informed that should the insurance stop paying, that I will take over payment. I have cancelled Dial Direct, and no longer need the Tracker. Now I am told by Tracker that I am bound by a 3 year contract with them. I never agreed to any contract, I never knew about any contract and I never signed any contract. I signed this though Dial Direct, and never agreed to a 3 years contract with Tracker. I have lodges a complaint/dispute with Tracker. All they have to check is a telephone call which should be attached to my file, but have not heard from them in days. Consumers need to be informed and warned about what these 2 companies are doing...
