Adcap debited my bank account with the normal amount they would debit monthly, this was end of October 2013 despite me alerting Chantelle Kruger that I have paid up all my debts and where would the money be going. I then spoke to an Ivy Steenkamp who sounded helpful in the beginning but is just as useless as Chantelle. She asked that I email her my bank statement as proof of banking details, which I did immediately. Seeing that there was no feedback on this, I phoned Ivy to find out what was happening and she said she will speak to the creditors and that it normally takes a week to get a response from them. On the 13th Nov I spoke to a Ivy again who suggested that I phone the creditors myself and arrange for the refund. Didn't Acap debit my account and aren't they the go-between me and my creditors. I want my money back immediately.
What poor service and what a horrible 2 years with them. I'm glad it's gotten to an end.
