I purchased a Ford Telstar from Armstrong Auto (Goodwood) in 1995, it was then financed by Barloworld Leasing.
I never received my registration papers. After searching and questioning I discovered that Barloworld Leasing debtor's book was taken over by Wesbank. So I started enquiring about my reg papers and was duly informed that the records were archived. And I should pay the cost for a duplicate registration document of R462.15, and R364.32 for acourier or collect the papers at their offices in Fairlands 1 Enterprise Road. Folks, I live in Cape Town and see this as daylight!
