Bad customer service from wesbank

On Saturday the 6 May 2013. I went to wesbank to pick up my car registration papers. I arrived at 11:45 and was not aware that I should be pressing a machine to get a ticket to be assisted, until a security guard helped me do so. The male individual that was there, told me straight up that he is not going to assist me!!! as he has shut down his system. He was rude and uncultured, the kind of attitude that says I don't like my Job. He even told me that his bosses name is Marius and I should go ahead and report him. Not sure why I had to receive such rudeness and bad behavior. I travelled a long distance to go collect papers that I had to leave the Fairlands offices without them. I am highly disgusted and disappointed at what I experienced at wesbank. I even have a picture of this male character and I have also sent it to Daily Son, so that this man can be known. I also hate the fact that I have to travel again back to wesbank for the same thing and possibly see the same rude man. I don't why will wesbank employ such characters
