They never update my adress so my card was blocked

I had to verify my address otherwise my credit card will be blocked i went to clearwater to supply them with all the relevant documents i went to a restaurant and when i had to pay my card did not work do you now how i felt wen my card ddt not go trough please train your staff to do there job properly
