ADMIN CHARGES on FLEXI SAVE

My wife and I had a saving accounts each with ABSA . These accounts had positive balances so we left them
dormant the other day we get SMS's from the bank notify us that we are going to lose benefits. We went to
the branch with the intention to check the balances and register for internet banking to my shock and horror I discovered that we now owed the bank money I were NEVER informed that my savings was in debit (try and draw more money than your balance). The reason was that we were charged R11.00 and month for ADMIN FEES this cobbled up our balances and we ended up owing the bank. I then closed both so-called SAVING accounts after paying the outstanding amounts. I was told by the manager there is nothing she can do. How does ABSA call an account FLEXI SAVE if they charge you an exorbitant admin fee where is the interest?
I now have nothing at ABSA and a lot of my friends feel the same but then who cares NOT ABSA .I was also
told the fees will continue to accumulate until I get sued!!
