I've received an sms on 15 July offering a loan with SA 360 Loans if I call 087 803 0882. I did and in order to be able to apply for a loan I 1st had to deposit R399 for "legal support/services" which I did. I'm still waiting for the documents. Since then I had completed numerous forms etc. with detail as requested and on 26th July got a call from Walter stating that the loan was approved and it was a bit late to complete the contract and he promisded that I would receive it on Monday 29th July. Monday the 29th I had to complete another form. Since then I've contacted Walter telephonically on several dates and times and also send mails and always copied sade in it. They've both received these mails. The last time I spoke to Walter was this past Friday 2nd of August and he promised again to finalise the contract and e-mail it to me before 16:00 on Friday. Needless to say it was another empty promise. I send another two mails Friday and today and even called Walter. Not being in the office the lady promised to give him the message to phone me back. I'm still waiting! The question: Is this just a to get people to pay the R399 for a service they might not need?
