I recently received a mail from Wesbank, stating that they cannot find records of insurance for my motorcycle and that I was to send proof of insurance within 7 days or else they will add an additional amount to my monthly installment to cover it.
Firstly, I HAVE insurance, and they HAVE proof of it. I sent it to them the day I took out the finance and took my bike out of the showroom. Did THEY know that dealers won't allow you to take the goods without this proof?
Secondly, don't send me a mail threatening me to act within 7 days or else... No, I am your customer. Call me or mail me to ask for an updated copy of the insurance schedule, I will happily oblidge. DON'T BULLY ME!
I found this mail and customer service extremely distasteful and disrespectful. Is this really how you talk to your customers? NOT ON!
