NOT REMOVED OF ITC!!!

Hi,

I have had a cheque account with FNB. I have changed my bank accounts before April this year however some of debits still ran of my FNB Account. I was owing an amount of R /- 2700. In April FNB has placed a Default on my name which I was totally unaware off. I had paid everything owing owing to FNB in full approx 4 months back.

FNB has not updated my credit profile on ITC and I insist they remove this default.

How long default is this anyway???

Jeepers... this is unfair. All my accounts are paid to date and this is messing things up. FNB has got what they needed now what???
