Dissatisfied & a plea of help!!!

I have had a cheque account with FNB, & I have decided to move to another bank for other reasons. Some of my debits bounced from the Fnb Cheque account. I have phoned a branch a few months back and I was told that my account has been written off.

I recently found out approx 2weeks that FNB has placed a default on my name, I hurried to the Chatsworth branch today (9-09-2013) and have made a full payment of my owings. I kindly asked if the default can be removed from my ITC report, Anyone knows that its all about Itc and Credit Score.

I kindly plea with management to extract this from my report. The manageress has told me that my profile will only be updated as paid. Please Fnb I have paid you guys whatever I have owed. It would take you guys minutes to update my profile and erase this bit of bad information. I apologise for not paying earlier, but I am also dissatisfied in terms of living with a bad Itc report because of bouncing debits which is all up to date. All my accounts are paid to date.

This is so not cool, No one harrassed me for the money, I went in on my own to pay this account off. This is the only bad thing that is reflecting on my ITC profile.
