I applied for a person loan with Nedbank hoping that they will deposit the money immediately as they claim. Others banks I won't mention here are very fast when it comes to depositing the money once it has been approved.
Now what the use of depositing money when something you wanted to buy has already been bought by someone else who applied elsewhere for a loan. Even people who are working for this bank are very lazy, you call them with your airtime to apply for a alone, in the middle of a conversation you tell the consultant that you gonna run out of airtime, s/he reply by saying I won't be able to call you. When ask when then can you call me to complete the application s/he talks about 5 hours. This does not make sense. You go to their branch to apply sign for the loan that has been approved no is there to assist you (The groove branch) you wait for hours, when the person come, s/he tells that you should have came with your HR number. When tell the person that the application has already been done and I was not told to come with it. He (Steven who real name is Josiah The groove Pretoria East) tells you that I'm telling you now and I can't procced with the application
