This is discrimination and the reason why I will close my account and share this complaint with everyone.
How can you refuse to provide me with a service that is available based on my location. This is discrimination Capitec and I will not support this.
All I asked for was a settlement amount and this is the service I get. Why do you refuse to help me based on my location?? You cannot treat people like this, I have rights and you are taking that away by refusing to provide me a service that's only available to people in different locations. I will share this with the world and you will either stop doing this and apologize of suffer the bad reputation you are creating for yourself.
