Your branches doing their own recruiting means managers are employing people people not based on their abilities but based on whether they want to work with that person or not. That is discrimination.
When you get called in for a simple walk-in-the-park almost pointless assessment, the staff stare at you and suss you out, totally unprofessional.
When I was at one of the branches to complete an assessment, one of the employees was unable toassist a customer and kept asking a colleague for help. I've never seen something so embarrassing.
Stop letting branches recruit their own people. Competent people are being turned away merely because they just didn't 'click' with the staff. The nepotism and discrimination is rife! Just look at the demographics at some of your stores.
